Stuffed Deer Steaks

5 deer steaks
1 tsp. Sage
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 egg
1 c milk
1/2 c chopped celery
1 diced onion
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp. margarine
Mix bread crumbs, milk, egg, and seasonings to make stuffing. Salt the meat. Spread each piece of meat with dressing and roll, securing the rolls with toothpicks. Roll in flour and brown in margarine. Place in pan, add water, cover and cook for 2 hours at 375 degrees. Enjoy!
