Peppered Venison Steaks

2 lbs. sliced venison
Flour
Seasoning salt and fresh ground pepper corns
2 chopped onions
sliced mushrooms

Coat meat with flour, salt and pepper. Brown quickly in hot cooking oil. Lower heat and cook covered for 15 minutes. Remove meat from pan and place on plate. Cook onion and mushrooms together separately and serve overtop of the meat.
