Deer Burgers
1 lb Ground venison
1 tbsp Canola Oil
A pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
Freshly Ground Pepper
1/2 cup Chopped Oinions
1/2 cup Oatmeal
1 egg

Procedures
Because venison has so little fat, you"ll need to add some for a juicy burger.
Mix venison, oil, salt and pepper, garlic powder, onions, the egg and the oatmeal.
Heat grill.
Grill about 4 minutes; turn and cook to desired doneness.
Serve on rolls with your choice of condiments.
