Creamed Goose Breasts

4-6 Goose Breasts
1 tbsp paprika
A pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
Freshly Ground Pepper
1/4 cup Chopped Oinions
1 1/2 cups of whipping cream

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees and while that is heating place the goose breasts in a medium size roaster and sprinkle with the paprika, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Place in the oven and bake for approx. 40 minutes.
Once the goose breasts are cooked pull them and and cut them into bite size pieces and place them in a deep frying pan on the stove.
Put the chopped onions and the cream in the pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add salt to taste.
