Elk Tenderloin - Filet Mignon

1 elk tenderloin
1 pack of bacon
paprika
seasoning salt
garlic powder
fresh ground pepper
oregano

Cut elk tenderloin into 2 inch thick slices.
Wrap each slice of tenderloin in a piece of bacon and secure on with 2 toothpicks.
Sprinkle the wrapped tenderloins with the paprika, seasoning salt, garlic powder, pepper and oregano.
Put on the grill until cooked to desired doneness. (I prefer medium to medium rare)
