Trout with mushroom sauce

2 trout
4 tbsp butter
1/2 pound mushrooms, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cup light cream
1 tbsp flour
salt and pepper

In skillet melt 3 tbsp butter, saute mushrooms until tender. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste and 2 tbps cream. Simmer gently for 3 minutes.
Place trout in buttered baking dish. Spoon mushroom mixture over them. Cover and bake at 375 for 15 - 20 minutes.
In a saucepan melt 1 tbsp butter, wisk in flour and add remaining cream until smooth and thickened.
Remove trout from oven. Pour the sauce over the fish and you are done.
