Buffalo Sloppy Joes

3 lbs ground buffalo
2 onions finely chopped
4 celery sticks finely chopped
1 1/2 qts tomato juice or soup
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp prepared mustard

Brown the buffalo in a skillet in a small amount of oil. Add celery and onions. Add tomato liquid and seasonings. Simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Add some flour to thicken if necessary. Spoon on to some buns and serve.
