Canadian Trout

2 trout
t tbsp. wine vinegar
pinch of salt
1 bottle of beer, your choice

Place trout in a baking pan. Pour the vinegar over the trout and sprinkle with salt. Immerse the fish in the beer and cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve at room temperature with butter and with steamed potatoes.
